I stayed there for 12 years and the only thing that I didn’t like was how the ac didn’t work good enough for me but over all the staff was amazing and good to get along with I only moved out because I had needed something bigger if they had bigger I would still be there thnk you all for all yall done for me to make my stay well worth it.

Nice place to live. They do a great job with maintaining the building and apartments. Everyone that works there that I’ve interacted with are very kind.

The garbage disposal started leaking underneath the counter getting all the wood wet so I called the office and they replaced the garbage disposal with a new one the service was awesome

I lived here for several years. The staff was always courteous to me and addressed my issues in good time. My favorite part of living here was the quick access to several different walking/bicycle trails nearby. I've since moved to Texas, and I almost want to come back just for those trails. It's also right across the street from Palmer Park. Great place to live. Kitchen was a little small. That's about my only complaint.

I would give less than a star but it won't let me. I've been wanting for over 3 weeks and have been ignored after multiple complaints. I was told every time the problem would be fixed. This was obviously more lies. Nothing has changed and they don't care. I really don't like being lied to. My AC still doesn't work correctly. WHY??????
