I lived here for several years. The staff was always courteous to me and addressed my issues in good time. My favorite part of living here was the quick access to several different walking/bicycle trails nearby. I've since moved to Texas, and I almost want to come back just for those trails. It's also right across the street from Palmer Park. Great place to live. Kitchen was a little small. That's about my only complaint.

I would give less than a star but it won't let me. I've been wanting for over 3 weeks and have been ignored after multiple complaints. I was told every time the problem would be fixed. This was obviously more lies. Nothing has changed and they don't care. I really don't like being lied to. My AC still doesn't work correctly. WHY??????

I have lived here for almost 3 years. And I am only leaving due to needing a bigger place. This place is great. Management is great at getting things done if you have a problem. Maintenance is super nice, and they're quick to take care of any problems you may have. There's an app you can use to do your laundry, and it makes things so much easier. I can pay through the app, and I don't even have to leave to get coins. And there is plenty of extra storage in my apartment. They even have a food pantry just for residents that mi... read more

Kitchen sink faucet fixed the next day after my request! I always have had good service since I’ve been here at the Fir Tree Apartments 3 years tomorrow!!
