Took my truck to a "shop" in Southaven and they didn't even drive it.... They put it on a lift and looked under the truck then proceeded to tell me I needed a whole new front end and a water pump..... I called my sister to vent and she was like "Our neighbor is a mechanic, he's good too" so I took my truck to him and I will never go to any other mechanic.... Top notch... I could tell from the moment I spoke to him that he was a man of integrity.... That's hard to find these days.... I will be adding pictures soon
Our SUV was overheating. He fit us in on a Saturday. Pricing was more than fair, and we were back on the road in about an hour. We loved that he took time to explain what he was checking and doing. Honestly, if we lived closer, he'd be our permanent mechanic.
I have a 2003 Honda Accord and out of the blue the engine began to misfire. Jeff came on time and diagnosed and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. He explained his diagnostic procedure in a clear and concise manner. I was amazed because most auto repair technicians don't want you anywhere near them. Because the problem was a simple one he did not want to charge me for his service. I offered to at lease pay his standard diagnostic fee; he did not even want that. Absolutely fantastic service! Professional, polite and knowledgeable. I wish I would have known about Jeff months ago!!! I will never take my vehicles in for service again. I was told by a local shop it would be several hours worth of work. Jeff was here and gone in an hour and I paid a fraction of what I was quoted to take it in to a shop. They are fantastic. Incredible service with reasonable prices. And Jeff is a terrific person. Coming to your house is a great convenience. I may never go to a garage again. Unique way to get your car fixed. Five stars.
