If zero stars was an option that would be best. Absolutely the worst insurance. I work with insurances daily so for an insurance to tell you that you have to ask the doctor if they are in network instead of them being able to verify immediately a red flag. First time I tried using the insurance none of my doctors were in network although they were listed on their “in network” provider list then they sent a list of pediatricians. Based on my personal experience as a Patient advocate working in medical billing , I strongly recommend that individuals do not choose 5 Points as their health insurance provider and instead seek coverage elsewhere.
