Austin and his team are amazing. The recent snow revealed an unknown issue we had when a leak came through our ceiling. Austin had someone at our door the next day. The drying and cleaning started immediately. Caleb was aour point man and he’s the best. Great communication fantastic knowledge and all around good guy. He was on top of everything and when he said they would arrive at a certain time that’s what happened. We couldn’t be more happy to have found Five Points!
Great experience using this company. I needed repairs after water damage in several rooms from a water leak. I dealt with Caleb and he was excellent to work with - prompt, informative, and professional. The project was handled quickly, the employees were clean and respectful, and I was really happy with the end result. I would recommend them and will use them again if I need home improvement or repair.
I bought the Gold Package from Five Points. This package included removing my old rockwool insulation from the 80's, sealing the hot spots on my attic and blowing in fresh insulation. This package includes the new insulation to be up to Frisco code at 14" (R Value at R-38). The crew came out and worked the ENTIRE day in the heat. Sun up to sun down. Had the extreme pleasure of working with this company today, a truly 5 Star performance! The crew arrived right before 9:00 to begin. All work to be done was detailed out, with a completion time frame that they kept true to their schedule. Photos of before/after were presented to us for our review and approval. Summer is coming soon before you know it. Today we installed solar attic ceiling fan to prepare for the summer heat and before summer time. Was glad to find Five Points Home Services, they gave us a decent price for our home square footage. Ethan, Blake, and Lory did a great work! They are professional, patient answering all my questions. I highly recommend and support small business owner when you are ready for solar attic ceiling fan.
