⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fix It Guys Appliance Repair did an amazing job fixing our washer! They were prompt, professional, and knew exactly what needed to be done. The technician was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue, ensuring everything was working perfectly before leaving. Great service at a fair price—highly recommend them for any appliance repairs! I found them driving down the road with all their information on the work van and decided to give them a try! Awesome job team!!!

Bill was very nice but really didn't do anything. Never even turned a screw on my washer.Said he thinks it is one of the control boards that is not communicating with the other one but can't tell which one it is. Told me that he would have to replace both and still couldn't guarantee that was the problem. Turned what should have been a $50 service call into a $140 .
They were awesome, I was impressed with them from the beginning!! They returned phone calls in a timely manner, they are always polite and respectful! The prices were great, the workmanship on our bathroom remodel was great ! They were able to start on it very soon after our estimate was complete and it was done shortly thereafter!! Fix-It Guy Bill is the best neighbor!! What do you do when half a dozen HVAC guys can’t diagnose the root cause of an HVAC problem, double the price of repairs, insist on unnecessary HVAC replacements and/or repair a part and then ask for $1500 more to return and troubleshoot why their repair isn’t working?
