I came in last night with my Golden, Cassie. I was freaked out and on the verge of tears. Dr. Rosiek was at the door within seconds with Megen (despite it being 1:30 AM) and picked my dog up out of the car and brought her inside on the gurney. Keep in mind, my Golden is 94 lbs, but they had her inside in 10 seconds flat. Before we reached the door, he knew what was wrong with her. This hospital is amazing!!!! What wonderful doctors and staff. Sunday night my Mia (GSD) had bloat and went into surgery. They saved her life and I can't thank them enough. The Compassion that they all have is wonderful. This hospital truly cares about your fur babies���
Thank you for helping us get our girl Lola better. She's been quite the star around Palm Coast! We appreciate the help and support from all the staff. Hopefully she will become a happy healed girl soon! �
I wish I had got the 2 staff members name who assisted my roommates and I on a horrible late night last week. Around 3 AM we admitted our cat who we later had to end up putting to sleep, and the Vet on duty, was a male and him and his vet tech were amazing! They were so caring and comforting in this difficult time for us and they made sure our baby was comfortable in his time of passing. I will definitely refer them and be using them for future needs with my other animals!
Everyone was wonderful. I lost my beloved Maxine in June. She was 13.5. She had several emergency visits leading up to June, and they always took her and were great with Max. I miss her terribly everyday. Dr B was excellent. Dr Courtney also.
Unfortunately it was not a pleasant visit as I had to put my dear golden down, but I can't say enough at how professional and caring the staff was. They were very caring and compassionate towards me and Max. Thanks to all that were with me through this sad time.
