Both Jimmy (the tech that diagnosed the problem) and Ronald (the tech that replaced my garage door opener) were thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and quick. The company has great communication and provided a 30-minute lead time for each of the tech visits.

Mr. David came to my house on September 25, 2025 to assess the problem of my garage door. After the Technician’s assessment, he told me what the problem was and he was ready to fix the problem. Mr. Davis was very professional, warm, kind and helpful. He did an excellent job on the garage door. He made sure that the garage door was working properly before he left for his other appointment.
