Would Recommend! I've enjoyed living here for the past 5 months. Neighbors are respectful and property is kept up to date. Nice and modern finishes around the property and apartment itself. The property itself is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood which I appreciate. A very cozy apartment. We toured many apartments, but the moment I saw this one, I knew it was the right choice! I absolutely love the color scheme — it feels bright, clean, and so cozy, just like home. The building has two beautiful rooftop decks with mountain views, perfect for barbecues or small gatherings! A wonderful apartment staffed by wonderful people! Flatiron Flats is an amazing place to live with an extremely helpful staff. Whenever we have any issues or questions they always respond quickly. They have the best events out of any apartment we've lived at, with grill parties, music, and more! The apartment is quiet and the community is great.
