My cross-country moving experience was so smooth and made extra special! My 2 movers Cesar and Javi were experts in packing my belongings, efficient, responsive, respectful and kind. Moving can be a stressful experience but I felt well taken care of, heard and guided. My belonging were packed with care. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!
I love FlateRate. Again, an outstanding job moving me. I have used them several times and signed up after working with Lewis at the company and I thought the quote was very fair. The actual movers took great care packing my stuff, they were calm and efficient and nothing was broken when I unpacked. This is not the first time flat rate has moved me across the country, and this time was no different. Very professional, communicative, helpful and reasonable. I packed myself, leaving only a few items to be packed by them, and they moved my 1 bdrm out of my apartment in less than 3 hours (they don’t charge by hour, I’m just saying they were efficient).
DONT MOVE…. With Flat Rate Movers, unless you’re fine with your most valuable belongings being STOLEN. I was so excited about moving into my first home, that was VERY short lived, as the day Flat Rate Moving delivered my things to my new home one of the extremely sketchy movers in a cavalcade of SKETCH went into my closet and stole my first anniversary ring I had in my closet. I don’t know if I deleted my google account or how my review is not on this page anymore, but this company was bad enough that I’ll come back and leave another. This company canceled on me with less than 24 hours notice. The amount of fees and rebooking I had to pay to find movers on less than a days notice almost completely ruined my move. Not only did they provide no financial compensation, but took a significant amount of time returning my money. I had to pay two movers at once, or end up overstaying my lease. I would ne... read more
