This is the first time I used FlatRate moving from NYC to Florida. The service is terrific! First, when Ilan Ron came for the on site inspection and quotation, he was able to work with my schedule of when to have my stuff picked up plus all of my requests with no hassle. On pick up day, the staff actually came 20 minutes early and even securely packed some of my things for added protection.
