RecommendedI've changed my rating to four stars as I received a call today (Monday) from FlatRate offering free packing services for the inconvenience of losing two days waiting for boxes. This will definitely make up for the time and frustration of this past weekend. They did not mention my review and my change in review is completely unsolicited. Our move was across country and we had a great experience. They stayed in touch with us the whole time. They showed up when they said they would at both sides of the move. One of our easiest moves.
These guys were so pleasant, professional, diligent and easy going. Ibrahim Bashiru was the team leader and he was brilliant. Everything carefully packed, quick but thorough and you just know things are going to make it fine to the other end. Fully recommend and prices very reasonable!
This is my second time working with FlatRate to move within Manhanttan. Two movers Pablo Santos and Henry suazo did a great job for me. They packaged everything carefully including all my audio/video equipments and speakers. I also have an oversized couch and they managed to move it with care. The price stays the same as quote but i gave 20+% tips. I recommend you guys work with these two guys.
