Nikolai and the gang were so hardworking, helpful and awesome. If only Ivan could have been honest and not change my move saying they were closed when they were in fact open I would've given 5 stars .
We are enjoying dinner after being packed, moved, and unpacked by the great team led by Luis from the miami office. They are a lot more affordable than the major moving lines and they tend to work quicker. I recommend them highly.
This is the fourth time I have used FlatRate, and, as always, the preparation, dispatch, etc. were all fantastic. However, I really want to compliment the move crew. They went above and beyond to make sure my move experience was a great one. This was one of the smoothest, stress-free moves I have ever had.
