worst movers ever – I don't recommend this company to anyone. I scheduled my move well in advance. Yes the price was great. But like they say... It was too good to be true. Flat rate said they would be at my home between 12pm and 2pm. I called them at 1pm and was told that the truck would be here between 2:30 and 3pm. upscale moving company!!! – I cant say enough of what those people had done for me i had one of the most complicated moves (i was told) lots of stops,stairs,long driveways and narrow hallways,my furnitures are all antiques and needed to be carefully wrapped and moved. the move was perfect. the job was completed with no damages or misunderstandings. kiko,the sales rep and vlado, the field manager were very helpful and professional.thank you!
this is the most reliable moving company! – I Planned my move 3 month in advance and recieved the exact same service i was promised. kiko, my sales rep followed up with me through the entire time to make sure flatrate will provide me with the best service. my move went so well that i felt like i had never moved.flatrate packed and unpacked the boxes and furniture and everything was done by 5pm i paid my guaranteed price and was very happy. i will use this company with no doubt.

Excellent Service, top of the line customer service, – I moved last month in the same building, from one floor to another. I read the reviews on this site and called Flat Rate movers. They gave me an estimate on the phone after asking a few questions about what I had in the house. I signed the contract and that was it. Flat Rate saved my move! – After being cancelled on by Lightning Movers at 6 PM the day before my move, I called Flat Rate on a wing and a prayer. Not only was Matt extremely sympathetic, but he was able to fit me in for the next day! The movers came in the AM, took their time to do everything right (wrapping, packing the truck) and everything arrived in one piece.
