I just moved into Rogers Landing a couple of weeks ago and was met with kind people who helped me secure an apartment every step of the way. They seemed just as excited to have us move in as we were to move there. It’s spacious, quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Kodi and Kimberly are both very quick to respond to any inquiries. Highly recommend.
This is the worst-managed apartment I've ever lived in. I'm sure some of the issues I had are from it being new, but even after moving out it's clearly not improved. They cannot seem to be happy with their parking arrangements, despite there being a relatively decent amount of parking space in the lot and on the street just south. Open floor plans, Friendly management, kept Clean. Update: The move out process has been very disorganized and all over the place. Due to the constant management change. Still have not received our refund and we have received two complete separate bills. communication has been very poor. Don’t expect to get any of your Deposit if you do lease here.
The property manager walked us through every step possible and was there to answer all of our questions. I appreciate that she has been willing to take the time to talk to us and listen to what we have to say and not just turn us away.
