Worst place I've ever lived the whole complex is without SSC for s month Noe.they tell us to put in a request for maintenance just do they can mark I t as resolved without ever fixing anything. The is nobody to talk to because nobody is there to answer the phone.there is someone there randomly but you have to csmpout all day to be so lucky to catch them.the only thing they maintain is the billing to take your money.Trust me you don't want to live here. Even this review won't help because they really don't care
Great community and location. Management has been making improvements on a daily basis. The interiors are really nice. Many have been renovated.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. My father has lived at Flats in Wakefield for over 7 years, and I have never seen an apartment complex so consistently neglect its residents. The problems are endless: mold, roaches, leaking ceilings, warped floors, constant maintenance issues, and work orders that get marked “completed” without anything actually being repaired. I would not recommend, my maintenance requests have barely been answered since 4 months ago when they were made, my apartment has been infested with fleas for the last 2 months and I have no pets i haven’t been able to stay there because of the fleas and I’ve made numerous attempts to get ahold of the office but have not been answered. This place has been horrible place I’ve ever lived in no AC super hot they don’t even provide ac units maintenance guys take forever or never shows up to fix stuff. Multiple visits to the office to even get something done. Yes, the rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. I never hated so much a place ti live
