2 appliances (Dishwasher & Washing Machine) were serviced by Fleming Appliance Repair over the last 2 months. These were home warranty service requests via AHS. Jessy was the assigned tech. Clear communication, timely followup and resolution of the issues happened in reasonable time. A very pleasant experience compared the nightmares with other AHS assigned repair companies.
Daryl Fleming was the best appliance repair person I had encountered in 15 years. He communicated with me directly and did everything he said he would. Not only did he repair my gas dryer, he also told me the possible next repair that could be needed if what he did was not the complete solution to the problem. His honesty and integrity was so refreshing and I will definitely use his services in the future.

Unfortunately I have AHS home warranty, notorious for denyiny repairs or replacement of appliances. I have also been told that the way a repair tech submits a request to AHS makes all the difference. Fleming Appliance Repair tech, Ryan "nailed" the authorization request, resulting in the receiving of all the parts needed to replace a non working ice maker in my old Frigidere.
