DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL BE SCREWED OUT OF MONEY... Flood and Peterson was amazing to start. They were very nice and attentive. We had to get a builders risk policy for a homeowner build new construction. We got the policy in February of 2021. We had a really hard time with getting our permits, and that along with all the slow downs for building right now we weren't quit finished with our home by February 4th 2022.
