I have to start off with giving Lindsay a 5 star rating. She was so wonderful to work with. Always so polite and never made me feel rushed to pick anything out. I searched high and low for flooring and tile. My builder recommended FA and I’m so glad he did. Everything from start to finish was so professional and install was quick and beautifully done. The installers were very professional and friendly. They kept me informed of their progress and finished the job early. Keri and her sales team were wonderful. They showed us many options and when questions came up, she answered them very quickly. A wonderful experience working with her and her company.
Great working with Floor Authority! Lindsay was a pleasure to work with and keep us up to date at all times. The installers were very efficient and matched the tiles perfectly. Their clean up was great, also. Finished product was exactly what we hoped for.
Working with Tyler and Leslie in the store was outstanding. Then our installer Joshua & Tony were fantastic. Great craftsmanship in dealing with doorways and transitions. Plus they left our home pretty much spotless each day of our 1 day install. Will definitely use Floor Authority again!
We could not be happier with our Floor Authority experience. From our initial meeting with Kyle to choose LVP for our home to dealing with Ryan as the site manager throughout installation, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up each night before leaving.
