Great working with Floor Authority! Lindsay was a pleasure to work with and keep us up to date at all times. The installers were very efficient and matched the tiles perfectly. Their clean up was great, also. Finished product was exactly what we hoped for.
Recently had three rooms recarpeted by Floor Authority and loved the result. Our salesperson was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We got the carpet we wanted at 20% less than our other estimate. The installers were on time, did a great job, and finished in a few hours. Excellent job all the way around.
The installers were very professional and friendly. They kept me informed of their progress and finished the job early. Keri and her sales team were wonderful. They showed us many options and when questions came up, she answered them very quickly. A wonderful experience working with her and her company.
We could not be happier with our Floor Authority experience. From our initial meeting with Kyle to choose LVP for our home to dealing with Ryan as the site manager throughout installation, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up each night before leaving.
