Was such a pleasure dealing with Mike Killeen. He was very informative, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. He gave us several different estimates on different types of flooring.. He answered all of our questions and drew a diagram of what we wanted. We are very pleased with the outcome and happy that we chose this company.
Mike and the team are outstanding; Mike made great recommendations within my budget and got both jobs scheduled quickly. The team arrived on time both days and kept the area clean throughout. The carpet looks great and so do the luxury vinyl plank floors. I highly recommend!
Mike arranged an appointment with me in just a few days time. He is a very trustworthy businessman. He came to my house with many different samples and was very patient while explaining the different types of flooring that were possible for me to choose from, he was with me for 3 hours! Mike and his team did a great job installing our floors and worked on our stairs. They're very professional and considerate especially we had our whole has worked on. Highly recommended! Update! We recently had a home inspection done, and the inspector noted that the newel post on the stairs is loose. We then had a separate contractor evaluate it, and they informed us that the post appears to have been improperly installed, which raises some safety concerns.
