Between the Humble and North Freeway location all I witnessed is straight laziness from the warehouse employees. We needed (2) 8’ and (1) 12’ butcher block countertops. The lady on North Freeway was very helpful regarding inventory and setting up our order however, once we found out that our 12’pc was in Humble the guy checking us out was completely clueless. It's a huge pain in the butt to get anyone to help you and the people who load are extremely rude. Will not recommend. There was one gentleman who went out of his way to help my husband get a charged scooter and that is the only reason I am giving more than one star.
Terrible customer service. The persons working there prefer to have breakfast than helping you. My contractor was there this morning and they did nothing to help him with a delicate situation because of a mistake they made.
This location is horrible! Ordered 1664 worth of tiles at 11:32am.....waited until 2:28 (person in back kept saying 30mins) when I cancelled order the manager said he will try to expedite my order but failed saying another 40 mins....this is the worse place by far....I would never go back to this location! I hope they fire all of the managers for not running a better shift! Sad that a manager can’t have their worker take care of the first person on the waiting list....just sad and wasted my whole day
Store Address: 1960 US-290 Frontage, Houston, TX 77065 Horrible, terrible and shocking experience!!! I will never ever recommend anyone to buy anything from floor and décor because they are not trust worthy. Go to a hardware store where salesperson and manager stick to their words/promises and wont penalized customers for their own mistake. I have been directing my customers to come to this place due to their selection and pricing. No More. More than once has a customer been sold items that were discontinued without mention of it. Understaffed, takes way to long to get an order picked up and loaded. Tiles are inconsistent in color even thought from same lot. As a contractor, it us not business friendly. Looking to send customers to more customer oriented and business friendly places. Arizona tile, Daltile, etc.....
The prices are good but having to wait 1hr to get materials is just bad service. Won't be buying from them again, I bet they lose lots of customers this way
