I am not attacked when I walk in the door and no one hovers over me when I shop. However if I ask for help everyone is willing to stop what they are doing and assist me. DJ in tile went above and beyond for me! When a tile I picked was no longer in stock in Tampa, DJ spent a good deal of time calling other stores andconsistently followed up with stores in the South East to find it and get it shipped to Tampa. Thanks to her my kitchen remodel was able to stay on track. You don't often find employees that go that extra mile!
