I Drake and my wife Kristin came in today, Sat 7/11/20 to meet with design specialist Morgan. This was to choose flooring tile for our living room, den and guest bathroom (as we had flood damage throughout and this is an insurance claim). We were unsure on some choices, but Morgan walked us thru the store and helped us choose the right tiles, accent pieces for everything and had great suggestions that gave us peace and confidence. After looking for what seemed like weeks for the right tile to replace my entire house of floors after a flood in my kitchen, I was assisted by Sean and Robert to pick this amazing tile that is perfect fit in my home. Design Services is more like relationship/family counseling. Having had to indefinitely postpone a planned European vacation, we undertook to remodel a bathroom instead. As a goal for 2019, I wanted to remodel a small half bath. Part of the process is re-tiling the floors which I’ve never done on my own.
