Just left this store after a great experience. I was looking at waterproof vinyl plank flooring and O'Neil came over to check on us. He was very helpful and super knowledgable. He was patient and answered all our questions. I was very impressed with him and appreciated his superb customer service.
I have to say that THIS Floor and Decor (SUNRISE) is by far exceptional...EXCEPTIONAL in variety of beautiful products, size of store, customer service, knowledge of products and designs, cleanliness, and did I say CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If you live in Dade, it is worth the drive. On the contrary, do not go to the one off of the Palmetto Expressway in Miami. Very poor customer service..Remember, I told you. #ILoveMySunriseFloorAndDecorBathrooms

I had a wonderful experience with the staff and personal assistance from Andreea. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and was very punctual and followed up with my order. There are so many choices and Andreea helped me every step of the way. This was my first time doing such a large order and having it exported. I felt so comfortable, and confident with Andreea's guidance, and expertise. I would certainly recommend Floor & Decor. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!!
