I visited the store out of curiosity, having chosen floors elsewhere at that stage, but ended up purchasing from Floor Decor for our entire project. Som went above and beyond to make sure our new flooring was installed before Christmas. From providing showroom samples to take home, showing us how to visualise the flooring using an app, offering great advice, and arranging a speedy installation, the whole process was seamless. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result — the flooring is excellent quality, and even the dog loves it! Highly recommend.
Som and Ritu have been fantastic. Right from the start of the process they provided amazing customer service and patience. The design advice and time they gave us, allowed us to make the perfect choice and we are so happy with our new floors - the product and cost were the best that we found (we got about 4 quotes). Even sorting out a few small issues at the end of the process was done with speed and excellent communication. We highly recommend Floor Decor.
