I had a truly dreadful experience with Floor Decor, formerly known as Choices Flooring. At first, they seemed like a reputable company to work with. The initial interactions were pleasant, and the staff appeared friendly and accommodating. When we were finally ready to place our order for Abode vinyl planking from Choices Flooring in East Tamaki, we were very disappointed to hear that the branch had temporarily closed while a change of ownership was underway. We have just had laminate planking installed from Choices East Tamaki. We love the result, looks awesome, great product. The whole process was so easy and professionally handled by them. They organised the old tiles to be lifted and floor prepared plus the installation of the new flooring. Would definitely use them again. Five star 👍
