Brutal Service! We drove down from Canada to match some hardwood flooring. We thought we were getting wonderful wholesome service as they had a sample that matched our floor perfectly. We ordered the single box (because they stock nothing in store) that cost $250USD/$400 CAD and then drove back down a week later to grab it. When we got it home the colour was not even close to our floor. When we drove back down a third time they compared their sample and again it wasn't even close to what was in the box. We've had a variety of big house projects going over the last few months and Chet and his team at Floor Show in Ponderay are some of the most knowledgeable and helpful of all of the businesses we've worked with around the area. I'd happily do business with them again and would recommend them to others.
The Floor Show team did a fantastic job replacing the carpets in our home. Starting with all the time spent looking at numerous samples, Chet, Shauna, and Michelle helped so much. After bringing home many examples we were able to pick out the perfect match for our new home. We had an issue with one of the blinds we purchased 18+ months ago. We worked with Andrea to inquire about the limited lifetime warranty. She called the manufacturer and was able to get them to honor their limited warranty. Because the color we originally purchased was no longer available, Andrea asked that all of the blinds in this particular room be replaced, in order to have matching blinds.
