Brutal Service! We drove down from Canada to match some hardwood flooring. We thought we were getting wonderful wholesome service as they had a sample that matched our floor perfectly. We ordered the single box (because they stock nothing in store) that cost $250USD/$400 CAD and then drove back down a week later to grab it. When we got it home the colour was not even close to our floor. When we drove back down a third time they compared their sample and again it wasn't even close to what was in the box.
