The Floor Show team did a fantastic job replacing the carpets in our home. Starting with all the time spent looking at numerous samples, Chet, Shauna, and Michelle helped so much. After bringing home many examples we were able to pick out the perfect match for our new home. I am a local flooring installer. We ran out of adhesive in the middle of a project, I called around to see if any other stores would help me out. Chet was the only one willing. He gave me the adhesive at no markup and said just replace it so we could keep the job going. Keep in mind this was not a project that was thru his business so the fact that he was willing to help out a "competitor'' speaks volumes to the mans values, integrity and commitment to his community. We tried to ask questions such as was it the correct location, what did the dog look like (perhaps animal control would be required to prevent anyone from harm by it - no one should face harm from an aggressive dog), etc. You were uncooperative, were not open to any sort of discussion and told us that your company would never do work at our home. We had an issue with one of the blinds we purchased 18+ months ago. We worked with Andrea to inquire about the limited lifetime warranty. She called the manufacturer and was able to get them to honor their limited warranty. Because the color we originally purchased was no longer available, Andrea asked that all of the blinds in this particular room be replaced, in order to have matching blinds.
