Our experience with Floor to Ceiling in Freeport , IL has been far from good. We got our original lvp flooring installed in July of 2023 when we first purchased our home. Within days we started noticing problems such as weak spots in the floor and the flooring coming apart. They came back but the problems continued. We are lucky to have Floor to Ceiling here in Freeport. They are excellent to work with and do great work. I've had new blinds, counter tops and backsplash. Very happy with all. Highly recommend.
We had used them before and had a nice experience. When we wanted to redo the flooring in our house, we tried them again. The second time around was a disaster! Products took a long time to come in, we received the wrong products, staff then was not easy to work with regarding the mistake made by them. Afterwards we were charged for products we did not receive. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go somewhere else!
Highly recommend floor to ceiling! READ THE WHOLE REVIEW- I’ve remodeled two homes and I’ve done business with dozens of contractors. In Freeport area, often you’ll come across contractors who won’t call back, are too busy to fit you in or they price way too high. IF you can find a contractor who is actually available, they do a TERRIBLE job and don’t stand behind their work (ie. they don’t fix what they do wrong).
