Our whole experience was great from start to finish! We came in with a specific floor in mind that they did not carry but they were so helpful calling and getting it for us! When they came out to measure the house, they answered every question we had and was incredibly knowledgeable. Tom and Adam were our installers and they did a fantastic job! They got the job done earlier than we expected and even put up with our crazy little ones running around! Highly recommend!!
Great local business. A few hiccups from the manufacturer was smoothed out by the owner taking his personal time to make sure everything was right. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process and even offered to come show me how to install it which was much appreciated. Avoid the box stores and get your flooring materials at flooring galaxy. The prices are good and you support a local business.
Galaxy Flooring Arnold MO was extremely helpful for a senior woman DIYer to install carpet on two open stair cases. Michael came out measured, picked up the samples, told me how to's so I could install myself. I watched YouTube videos. Michael & Zoey helped me immensely by using Michael & my measurements to cut my pad and carpet into strips. Long story short I ordered a piece of T mold trim and gave them specific directions to cut it at 83 3/8 inch and I ordered separately an extra foot because I have to test stain a few spots. I get here to pick it up and they did not cut it down to the link that I needed even though I explained to the the person before that I needed it to be that exact link because I don’t own a saw.
