Laith is bad for business! I just spent over $4000 on floors. I worked with Scott. Scott is a pleasure! Today when I went to pick up my floors I offered my services to a customer inside (install services). Scott gave me a pen so I could write my info on a card and hand it to the customer. Laith sees me hand the card to the customer and got IRATE! I've done 3 houses with them and they do great work and have nice products from companies like Mohawk. They have a nice selection and they are contractor friendly. Believe it or not they are scheduled to install carpet and bringing wood floors all the way to Augusta. Not many companies would do that and I wad very impressed
In January 2022, Flooring International, installed carpet in my house .The final product was amazing. The most amazing part while the installation was taking place , was the way the installation manager came to observe the job, not once ,but three times to make sure that the installers were on task. I ordered kitchen and front door fourier flooring on May 30 (thru Homedepot) . This company schedule my appointment for july5 and when I called to confirm on July 2 they did not have me scheduled, they realized they made a mistake and told me a crew will be there on July 5. One guy showed up in her s personal car , I helped move all the appliances ( he had no one to help him) . My name is Brenda Hester this company was hired by Home Depot to install laminate flooring and they did a poor job on 11/6/22 and have been promising to comeback but when call them no one will help We have been dealing with Morgan at the store I know you all have all five stars but if I couldI would give you a zero you all need to honor what you promised that you would come back and fix my next stop is the better business company
