We came in looking for an engineered hardwood floor that would flow seamlessly with our existing floors, which had unfortunately been discontinued. The team was extremely helpful in guiding us through options and finding something that matched nicely. The installation process was quick, and the installers were professional, courteous, and did excellent work. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend them!
We visited the showroom based upon google reviews. They were right - the showroom was small and unassuming but don’t let that fool you. It has an enormous selection and the small staff was so polite and friendly. We picked our floors and scheduled the install date. Very pleased with the workmanship of our new floor installation. Sam Alfatha and his team were thorough, professional, friendly and readily available to answer any questions. We received a lot of compliments on our new floors!
They did a fantastic job with my floors. Adam was very patient with me as I was a little indecisive on color for my wood floors. When the product didn't show up at the warehouse as expected he went the extra mile and helped me pick a similar color in another brand that was not supposed to be part of the sale at the time. 10/10 would recommend! The pricing is very competitive with other larger companies but here you get the family treatment
Update - 3 years later, Adam continues to show he is true to his word. I had a small section of flooring that had a defect arise, he quickly remediated the issue and took care of me as though I was a new customer. My family's experience with flooring land was beyond expectation. From the initial quotes, walking through the various components, the product selection, the installation, and answering countless questions in between Adam and his team at Flooring land were top notch professionals.
