I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I called on Thursday to inquiry about having my carpet stretched. A competitor installed the carpet about 5 years ago and it had started to wrinkle. It’s been a struggle to find someone since original installer doesn’t offer that service. The receptionist was helpful. She took my information and had someone follow-up with me. Friday morning at 8:30 am, installers (Jason & Cody) were at my door ready to work.
