We are so fortunate to find Floors and Kitchens Today. Max and Brittany’s expert knowledge and advice is exceptional! From the moment we walked into the store and were greeted by Brittney we knew this experience would be a great one. Brittney was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and even answered questions we didn’t have. Communication was excellent and our rug was ordered, delivered and installed with a few weeks . The installers were kind , courteous and professional and did an excellent job . We love our new rug and will be using this company again .
Brittany is a joy to work with and her knowledge knows no bounds! We will us again for renovations to our upstairs bathroom!

Worst customer experience in my life. Zero accountability and blames customer for their mistakes. Kyle is the most incompetent manager and Vinnie was wildly unhelpful and manipulative.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Kyle and Vinny were both rude and unprofessional. Do not do business with this company. They installed the wrong sink into my countertop and then blamed me and asked me to live with it. I ended up having to go out and buy a second sink and contact the granite store and deal with them directly because Kyle and Vinny were not capable of doing their job. I was never reimbursed for the first sink I purchased.
