We just had our carpet installed and love how it looks and feels. Greg handled the whole process really well. The installers are the dream team, they were very professional, so kind and helpful and fun to have around. I highly recommend Floors on Crowfoot.
Started off fine with friendly and helpful service, they knew we had a deadline because I was selling my home. Then, after the work was complete we discovered the installers left their garbage throughout the house, including apple cores, food containers and wrappers, 1/2 eaten bag of chips in a closet, box of nails on the stairs. Above and beyond! After leaving Calgary, I rented my condo out to what I thought was a good tenant. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They trashed my unit including the carpet, and gave me a weeks notice they were moving out. We just replaced all the flooring in our home and we went with Floors on Crowfoot. We found them to be competitive, attentive, more than willing to accommodate, offer suggestions as well as listen. The installers that were sent out were exceptional. George and his sons installed the hardwood, Roland and team the tile and Tim and Loo the carpeting. This was a great experience from start to finish; we were in the market for hardwood and carpeting and we were walked through all options, given samples to take home and try, the products arrived in a timely manner, and installation was also done in a timely and professional manner with minimal interruptions to our routines.
