I had the pleasure of working with Floors USA a second time ( yes they were so good I used them for project number 2!). The second project was huge and involved taking up the hardwood throughout my first floor area and subsequently replacing with beautiful Brazilian oak. My basement LVP floor looks fantastic. Everyone in Floors USA was very friendly and easy to work with. The cost was very reasonable compared to other local stores. From an initial consultation, measuremet and installation were done without any problems. Thank you, Floors USA.
I am very disappointed on the flooring material. It didn’t match with the sample we choose with the salesperson. I was not told about the cancellation fee. So be aware! Take pictures of what you choose on the day with your salesperson! I regret for not doing and reading the contract. I regret trusting the company. You can try to use them, I am here to give my review of my order I received.
We had a good experience with Floors USA. In King of Prussia, PA. Josh S. was our Sales Rep.he was very nice and helped us navigate the different carpets and colors. Everything went smoothly. The installation was done in a few hours without any problems. I would definitely use this company again.
Floors USA (King of Prussia) definitely earned a 5 star rating when servicing our new home. We were on a tight time frame and needed our install to be completed in a timely manner. We met with Gena who listened to us and helped us make 2 excellent choices based on our needs, budget and time frame. The very next day, someone came to our home for the measurements.
