I had a disappointing experience during a call with the sales department on June 27, 2025, at 10:18 AM. The call was rudely disconnected multiple times before I could even finish a sentence, making it difficult to communicate my inquiry. I was reaching out to coordinate a demo but unfortunately, the unprofessional handling of the call left a very poor impression. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service moving forward.
We have loved working with Floorszap; it made all our systems more efficient and will really increase productivity to allow our sales team to focus more on sales and less on paperwork! The Floorszap team is always helpful and available and we appreciate their prompt responses and answers to simple as well as complex questions.
I started using Floorzap about a month ago when I open my Showroom for a flooring company in Cypress, TX. I will say that their customer support is FANTASTIC. Not only have the support reps I've called in for help been great, I even got a personal phone call from The CEO Mike. He was able to walk me through it without being in front of his computer: that's how well he knows the software.
