Our company has been a customer for approximately two years. The sales person that convinced us to go with their software was FANTASTIC and all the while when dealing with Chris he was always Johnny on the spot. I had a disappointing experience during a call with the sales department on June 27, 2025, at 10:18 AM. The call was rudely disconnected multiple times before I could even finish a sentence, making it difficult to communicate my inquiry. I was reaching out to coordinate a demo but unfortunately, the unprofessional handling of the call left a very poor impression. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service moving forward.
