Florence was amazing. Very thorough and caring in the intake process for me to become a newly established patient. I appreciate her listening and understanding of my circumstances - I feel like I am in very capable and professional hands!
Dr. Florence was very kind and professional. I felt I could be myself.
Setting up an appointment was easy and the folks on the phone were really helpful. I was given ample time to complete all the necessary paperwork. The time I spent with her was meaningful and I feel like she is invested in my health and success under her care. The telehealth system made it incredibly simple, too.
My issue is primarily with Lifestance and their overall customer service, however Dr. Desgraves didn’t exactly wow me either. I used Lifestance a grand total of 3 times, they have billed my insurance over 1k of which I’ve had to pay 600+ for just those appointments. I have spoken to Dr. Desgraves a combined total of 30 minutes for which her office billed me 600.00 for.
