What a great group of hard working guys who really care about their customers! They did a re-roof for me in record time, and the workmanship quality is very impressive. Everything is perfect, and they helped me understand all the different options. They came when they said they were going to come, did the work efficiently, made repairs as needed and left zero mess. I applied for a fortified roof under the Save Your Coastal Roof grant program. I selected Flores & Foley because of their presentation, skilled crew and quality of materials. They were not the cheapest company but with quality comes cost. Their estimate was $13,200 of which $6,000 was grant money. I was responsible for $7,200. Flores and Foley performed a roof replacement for me 2 years ago in excess of 67,000 sq ft. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the work done on my roof at my house here in Wilmington North Carolina was so good, I had to comment. Flores & Foley was perfect. Even to my untrained eyes the replacement roof looks to be expertly installed. Plus the employees who did it were courteous and very neat about their work. Additionally they left the work area completely in order and clean upon completion. The work was also done quickly. I’d hire them again. Outstanding job.

A leak in my roof was found during inspection by the buyer. Flores & Foley quickly came out to make a quote. I found the quote very reasonable. A team was quickly scheduled and repaired the roof. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. From start to finish, every employee I interacted with was responsive, understanding and professional. Can't say enough good things about my experience.
