I applied for a fortified roof under the Save Your Coastal Roof grant program. I selected Flores & Foley because of their presentation, skilled crew and quality of materials. They were not the cheapest company but with quality comes cost. Their estimate was $13,200 of which $6,000 was grant money. I was responsible for $7,200. What a great group of hard working guys who really care about their customers! They did a re-roof for me in record time, and the workmanship quality is very impressive. Hooray for Flores & Foley Roofing. They did an amazing work on our roof. Before FFR came, our roof had been done 3 different times by 3 different people in 3 different areas. You can imagine the mess and it was leaking. Now our roof is looking great and functioning like a roof. A leak in my roof was found during inspection by the buyer. Flores & Foley quickly came out to make a quote. I found the quote very reasonable. A team was quickly scheduled and repaired the roof. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. From start to finish, every employee I interacted with was responsive, understanding and professional. Can't say enough good things about my experience.
Justin did a great job (and the guy who came today, I can't remember his name but he had a flashlight like the sun!)! He came yesterday but had to come back today due to an issue with accessing the attic door. Super accommodating, looked in every area, and explained everything in a way I would understand. Will recommend this company to anyone who can use the service!
