A leak in my roof was found during inspection by the buyer. Flores & Foley quickly came out to make a quote. I found the quote very reasonable. A team was quickly scheduled and repaired the roof. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. From start to finish, every employee I interacted with was responsive, understanding and professional. Can't say enough good things about my experience.

Flores and Foley performed a roof replacement for me 2 years ago in excess of 67,000 sq ft. I have to say the level of expertise, attention to detail and communication was refreshing for me where I would normally have to spend time to inspecting and having the vendor make corrections to their mistakes, I had none of this with this roofer. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the work done on my roof at my house here in Wilmington North Carolina was so good, I had to comment. Flores & Foley was perfect. Even to my untrained eyes the replacement roof looks to be expertly installed. Plus the employees who did it were courteous and very neat about their work. Additionally they left the work area completely in order and clean upon completion. The work was also done quickly. I’d hire them again. Outstanding job.

Flores and Foley is a highly dependable roofing company that we count on for to maintain the integrity of our roof. Gaylord has guided us in identifying and completing needed repairs twice. He has consistently been thorough, professional and fair about making the repairs. We highly recommend Flores and Foley and we will maintain our relationship with them as long as we live in their service area. And their administrative staff is top notch.

Justin did a great job (and the guy who came today, I can't remember his name but he had a flashlight like the sun!)! He came yesterday but had to come back today due to an issue with accessing the attic door. Super accommodating, looked in every area, and explained everything in a way I would understand. Will recommend this company to anyone who can use the service!
