After over two decades of psychiatric care (of varying quality), Dr. Raymond DeCastro (forgive me for using your full name for this review, Dr. DeCastro!) and his staff proved to be the best I've had and they've had the longest tenure for anybody who has been on my medical team. I started with this office in December and I’m really happy with them. The front desk coordinator/receptionist is extremely kind and personable, reaches out to me to keep me informed and schedules me multiple visits ahead. My counselor so far has been very light and calm, reassuring, validating, and wise. I’m very appreciative of the staff at this practice!
