Second time there....this visit I was coughing terrible..sick ..I was told alot going around and that the weren't prescribing anti biotics they were giving everyone that had been coming in prednisone and no one was coming back so it must be working.....I went down hill quickly and had to go to another walk in today .7 days later..sinus infection..viral infection and bacterial infection..my ears were flushed as I could barely hear..all of this because I was not prescribed properly..very upset about this and how sick I am now
Unable to approve my request. PCP referral for evaluation- Denied Appeal to member services- Denied Our family pays 25k a year for insurance coverage but can’t get the care we need.
Very slow wait to get bloodwork done. Saw people leave that got tired of waiting. Tech was awesome, I never even felt a pinch!
Been seeing my primary Dr. Jones here for 15 years…Never had an issue or a problem- He saved my life in 2020 when he discovered a heart blockage on a routine visit.
I can't say enough about this clinic and staff. They are truly the best!
