Sat in the waiting room for 2hrs nobody in or out for 2hrs with no explanation supposed to be a quick care

I don't think it's the plan, but I was assigned to Florida Health Source and it's the worst. I've been here for three weeks and I'm still waiting for medication for my diabetes.
