All of my life I've struggled with a vasovagal reaction to needles (not afraid of them, my body just hates them). But for all of the years (over 10) I've been coming here for lab work, not once have I had a reaction. These techs are the absolute best!
Just left this office and I’ll never come back here!!! The nurses are super friendly but the doctors are terrible! Janet parcel especially! She doesn’t care about patients or their health
I was referred to this doctor by my primary care doctor. I was told by a very unsympathetic receptionist that the endocrinologist does not offer weight lost options at all and refused to even make an appointment. I will gladly find practice that actually listens and cares instead of a unprofessional receptionist gatekeeping the doctors office.
I had an avulsion on my pointer finger and it’s been excruciatingly painful. I am a horribly anxious patient as well. The doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Friedman, was absolutely amazing. He made me so comfortable. He is so patient and so gentle and kind. I was an awfully anxious and difficult patient because I was in pain but he was perfect. I went today to do some bloodwork with my wife. Her long haired Hispanic nurse was very sweet and efficient. The one that I got, short hair older Hispanic lady the opposite. I requested butterfly needle because is the only way my arm doesn’t get a big nasty bruise for a week. And refused to accommodate me( they were plenty of them ) . So I left the place, I guess I will start looking for another location . Very sad that there is no emphaty. This is the first time I’ve experienced this treat at this location. Sad!!
