I went to the lab this morning. The receptionist was wonderful gave her everything she needed for me to get my lab work completed. Then I sat and sat 30 minutes went nothing ask how much longer she told approximately 40 more minutes to 1 hr because she had 1 lab worker to draw labs. The whole time I saw on 2 patients go in the back 3 more people ahead of me. Not considerations people have to go to work.

All of my life I've struggled with a vasovagal reaction to needles (not afraid of them, my body just hates them). But for all of the years (over 10) I've been coming here for lab work, not once have I had a reaction. These techs are the absolute best!

I was referred to this doctor by my primary care doctor. I was told by a very unsympathetic receptionist that the endocrinologist does not offer weight lost options at all and refused to even make an appointment. I will gladly find practice that actually listens and cares instead of a unprofessional receptionist gatekeeping the doctors office.

I had an avulsion on my pointer finger and it’s been excruciatingly painful. I am a horribly anxious patient as well. The doctor, Dr. Jeffrey Friedman, was absolutely amazing. He made me so comfortable. He is so patient and so gentle and kind. I was an awfully anxious and difficult patient because I was in pain but he was perfect. Just left this office and I’ll never come back here!!! The nurses are super friendly but the doctors are terrible! Janet parcel especially! She doesn’t care about patients or their health
