Dr. Springer is great. My mom saw her before and was excited to find out she moved to FHCP. However, the office staff is terribly disorganized. They told us to call at the first of the month. Then they told us she was shadowing the current doctor and not taking patients, to call back at the end of the month. Then they told us she isn't taking new patients. So we wasted an entire month and in moms condition that's like 6 months. So, double check everything.

Was seen for symptoms related to mold and P.A. Kevin Clark was very rude and uninformed on the subject. Repeated multiple times that he couldn't help me and I should be talking to my primary care physician and just generally rude. The last p a I spoke with here was very nice and did everything she could to help the situation.This guy wouldn't lift a finger to help somebody. Complete waste of my money and time in a very serious situation that I am in.
The pharmacy here is excellent and so are the other services offered. They really have a heart for working with the patients.
