FHCP really is a great plan with awesome staff and a can-do-attitude that is unparalleled in the industry. I take great pleasure in saying that as it’s true. Please do something about the system that controls the medication refills. It’s so frustrating to get an alert in this day and age only to find out it was incorrect. Thanks for all you do every day!
I have never felt so cared for and heard by a doctor before seeing Sara Thurgood. She considers issues that tend to be either overlooked or misdiagnosed to ensure that all bases are covered in finding what's going on. She also takes the time to listen to her patients and thoughtfully answer questions you have. My husband and I both see Dr. Sara Thurgood and I felt in great hands for our primary care doctor. She listens to your concerns and spends time making sure she can give you the best care. Highly recommend.
My husband and I have both been seeing Dr. Thurgood and we are extremely happy about our recent change in our PCP. Dr. Thurgood shows genuine concern for all of our medical issues and takes the time we need to understand and participate in any medical/ treatment plan she recommends.
