Autumn Oaks, NP is a wonderful nurse. She saw me today and was very thorough and compassionate, professional and caring. She explained everything and took her time so I understood. She is really a wonderful asset to FHCP and I am glad I got to see her.
The team members here are super nice. I went in today for a medication refill while waiting for an appointment with my primary care doctor. The staff was friendly, smiling, and very attentive. The doctor listened to my concerns and I felt very comfortable. She even tried to get me a sooner appointment with my primary by calling them. We absolutely love the urgent care team at FHCP Deland. Autumn Oakes is professional and excellent with kids! My 6 year old daughter needed stitches and Autumn talked her through every step of the process and helped put her at ease. They even gave her a little gift bag with stickers and a small plushie. Top notch service and care!
I have really enjoyed the service here. I have gone a few times myself for random injuries, and we have taken our kids here maybe 8 - 10 times. They even set a broken arm on my 5 year old until we could get to the orthopedic. It has been a good experience. The pharmacy in the same building as the quick care is handy too. Thank you!
Urgent care is a joke. I went there they said I had a bad uti. Which I did not have symptoms of.all they did was check my pee. Went back the next day because I woke up swollen with a fever the nurse looked over my stuff from the day before said the uti was not that bad the lady the second day was nice she actually ran tests on me. Which included blood work. They said it would be ready next day. Called she said it was ready just needed a nurse to call me with results. Never got a call.
