There was a very little wait. Everybody got to me very quickly. Everybody was very knowledgeable. The staff had great equipment. Everything was clean. I was treated with respect. I was given what I would consider exceptionally great medical care.
The kindest and most efficient walk-in facility I've ever used! My family and I visit here frequently (I'm a teacher and I have three young kids, so... yeah, frequently, lol) and they are always so helpful and reliable. Highly recommend them, but also, don't you all come running here and ruin the short wait times!! lol.
Was not even seen by provider after speaking to FHCP online as told us to go here. Fiance has a fracture abd they recommended using Tylenol.
I spent the weekend basically crippled with no idea what was happening with my neck. I ended up going to Extended hours care center on Monday. I cannot be any happier I went. PA Autumn came in an examined me, ordered x- rays and meds. She explained to me what was going on with my vertebrates and 2 days later I feel great. I will finish my meds and will recommend FHCP to anyone that needs professional, compassionate, and timely care.
Dr. Bortnam is the best physician I have ever met!! He will give you a clear diagnosis no matter what you have!!! Thank you doc
