Love this lab, but they need to post somewhere that they take a lunch. I don’t like hanging out in the parking lot for an hour. Everybody deserves a lunch hour, but post it for crying out loud.
I have had no problems here, between primary care, urgent care, pharmacy, lab, and behavioral health - I like that everything is in one place and the hours have worked for me so far.
Person who takes the insurance info in the ER was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. My dad still hasn’t seen a doctor and it’s been nearly 24 hours. He had a quadruple bypass a year ago and is still recovering. This is unacceptable.
When you try to call to check on family there voice audimated system only gives you opstion for work purposes nothing to do with patience whatsoever.
