I came here to do an ultrasound of the thyroid, the staff is very friendly and helpful, but they do not follow doctors instructions at all, the basically do what ever they want. Horrible experience in the way the wrote my ultrasound they don’t even used a ti-rads chart, horrible experience overall they didn’t even compare my ultrasound with my last one neither did the radiologist read my notes about why I was doing this ultrasound. I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible service!
Today I went to the lab for routine bloodwork and I loved the service especially by the lab tech Mamta. She was very welcoming and professional. She got me in and out super fast and I really appreciated that. Mamta should be recognized for the excellent work She does and the way she treats her patients with so much care. The front desk staff however is the complete opposite, they were very rude and unprofessional.
Older lady at thr front desk with thick glasses is EXTREMELY rude and needs to be fired. I will NEVER come back to this place because of her.
I recently visited the lab for a blood draw and had a traumatizing experience. The lab tech that drew my blood was very rude and careless. She was very rough when inserting and removing the needle and failed to bandage the site properly and I kept bleeding the entire day. Now 4 days post blood draw my arm is still sore and visible bruising. I will definitely make sure to request to not have my blood drawn by her again. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing anybody like other lab places.. the girl to go to if you're nervous and medical settings or needles is Meghan, she has a soft hand and isn't forceful, she makes you feel comfortable and doesn't make you feel stupid for being 38 and scared of needles! Thank you
