I had a great experience with Teri, one of your phlebotomists at the Port Orange lab on Thurs 01/16. She drew blood from my teeny tiny vein on the first try! She was professional and pleasant, even at the end of the day. Our family loves our FHCP family!
Except for a rude receptionist, everybody else was great, fast service. I know the receptionist deals with a lot of people everyday, but a little bit less nastiness would help. We are all there because there is possibly something wrong and her attitude doesn't help.
Had a great experience today. I hate having blood drawn and my lab tech was amazing. Easy, quick, and painless. Kept me talking the whole time. 😊
