Waited at the pharmacy for over an hour while the technician told me they couldn't fill my prescription because it wasn't "worded correctly". They assured me they reached out to the doctor and were waiting on his response. An hour goes by and I call the doctor myself and they tell me the pharmacy never reached out to them and made them aware. So either someone there is so incompetent they can't pick up a phone or worse, they lied to my face and let me wait an hour for a response they knew wasn't coming.

Spoke with Payton to re-fill a prescription. She was just so pleasant and professional. I normally get my prescription filled down in Ormond Beach (even through I live in Palm Coast). Payton was amazing and offered to re-fill with her at Palm Coast Parkway or offered me the Town Center location. Moving forward, I will always go back to Palm Coast. It was refreshing to someone so wonderful to work with. This is why I have always liked Florida Health Care Plans. Payton treated me like a customer, not a number.

I was super impressed with how Payton worked with me to get my wife's prescriptions filled. Since I'm retired and not in any hurry she kept checking with me that I was fine to have to wait up to 15 minutes longer... as each prescription had its own circumstance that required individual processing and we'd have to work on one at a time for a total of 4 prescriptions. The gentleman with blond hair and beard has shown such good service, so polite, always smiling, extremely courteous and kind, even engaging with kids. He explains things and helps ease our minds about payment cards, high prices of medicines, and periodic manufacturer shortages. My husband and I have both been really impressed by him over multiple visits/interactions. It’s so much better service than you get at the chain pharmacies.
