I was super impressed with how Payton worked with me to get my wife's prescriptions filled. Since I'm retired and not in any hurry she kept checking with me that I was fine to have to wait up to 15 minutes longer... as each prescription had its own circumstance that required individual processing and we'd have to work on one at a time for a total of 4 prescriptions. When my Doctor prescribed medication sends to the pharmacy I like that I get a text of my prescription filled and the amount in the sane day. The kindness of the pharmacists put me at ease of how to take the nedication
The gentleman with blond hair and beard has shown such good service, so polite, always smiling, extremely courteous and kind, even engaging with kids. He explains things and helps ease our minds about payment cards, high prices of medicines, and periodic manufacturer shortages. My husband and I have both been really impressed by him over multiple visits/interactions. It’s so much better service than you get at the chain pharmacies.
5 Stars. There are very nice pharmacists here who are friendly patient and helpful! I recently had an issue with a prescription that was supposed to be called in and somehow accidentally was canceled from my doctor's office because the amount had changed. The pharmacists helped me to resolve it quickly after a call to my doctors office and they filled the prescription in about 15 minutes. Very friendly, didn’t have to wait long. When I called to get prescription transferred from different pharmacy, I didn’t have any issues. All was done in professional manner!
