Good for convenience of location and service is fine (even pleasant) when you go in person, but communication is terrible. I have had nonstop issues with denied refills and waiting for deliveries on a regularly prescribed medication with no correspondence explaining the delays. Yes, I could call, but after initiating the requests, when does the business pick up their slack and take accountability? They could call me, too. This pharmacy is a one-way street filled with potholes.

I have never had an experience with a pharmacy like Rockledge FHCP. I'm only in to pick up prescriptions once or twice a month, but when I call, they know my voice and ask how I am. There have been a couple of times I needed an early refill of maintenance medication that they have accommodated without hesitation, where a retail pharmacy would make you jump through hoops. This pharmacy is amazing! When Camille is working she always greets me by name. That always impresses me!! To me that means she appreciates my business, she loves her job, and it makes me feel welcome. Please tell her I appreciate how she greets me every time I walk in, how nice and pleasant she is, and so very helpful. I really thought having only one pharmacy for filling prescriptions would be inconvenient. But it actually has been great. Thank you FHCP pharmacies for the great customer service!!
