Actually, our experience with Alexix was great, and he was very patient in helping us with a change in our email address and being able to use our IPad to print copies. May not sound like a big deal to folks that are even the least bit computer literate; but that's definitely a description of us! All in all it was a "fun" experience. We couldn't comment with the facebook or other options and am sorry we had to use this comment section!
